Design Concierge
DESIGN CONCIERGE is ideal for smaller projects and design support: meeting with a design expert to help determine needs such as floor plan layouts, colour schemes, décor and styling support or a space refresh. This is also a great way to get to know us and launch a larger project kick-off.
DESIGN CONCIERGE is an hourly service with a two hour minimum and is offered both virtually or in-person.
Room Service
ROOM SERVICE is our e-design package that is ideal for the client looking for a customized decor and design plan, but has the time and energy to execute the project on their own. ROOM SERVICE is a budget conscious approach to interior design and a great entry point into the process.
Our ROOM SERVICE packages include:
Detailed questionnaire and consultation
Scaled 2D floor plan with furniture layouts
Design concept board
Budget and product sourcing list
NOTE - Clients will be responsible for all measurements and pictures of existing space.
This is a fixed fee service based on scope.
Full Service Design
Our most fulsome offering, the FULL SERVICE DESIGN package offers clients premier interior design services from start to finish. Here, MRD handles all aspects of the project - including procurement, project management and installation. Our goal is to relieve you of the stress of building and designing your beautiful home, while providing a white-glove service built on communication and a kind approach. With our team of trades, we will help guide you through creating a custom, detail-oriented, thoughtful design.
This service is fixed fee based on scope.
